• How will my school/organization/club earn donations?

  Donations are solely based on my commission earnings NOT on total of product ordered. Please refer to chart on earning contributions for a detailed breakdown.
  Your organization will also have a dedicated page for your fundraiser, allowing you to share the link to all of your participants. For a sample page check this demo out.

• How to keep track of orders for my fundraiser?

  All donors/participants must go through a \”Check-In\” process. Your donors will register using their name, email and will be asked to enter the name of the Fundraiser they are participating in. I will use this to match any new orders that show up under my Distributor ID# 3570756 Elizabeth Lewis, to the corresponding fundraiser.

• What happens if someone doesn\'t \"Check-In\"?

  As long as the order was placed using my Distributor ID# 3570756 Elizabeth Lewis, and the order was placed during the time frame allowed for the fundraiser, I can then match the purchase to the donor.

• What happens if a donor uses someone else\'s ID#?

  Regrettably, if a donor uses someone else\’s ID# there isn\’t anything I can do to change the order. That sale will not be counted towards your fundraiser because I will not be the one receiving the commission for that sale. 

• How do donors know what to buy? Is there a product guide?

  First you will provide them with the link to the page specific to your fundraiser. To see what a sample page looks like check this demo out.

  Once participants \”Check-In\”, they will have access to videos on the different products available. They will also have instructions on how to order.

• Is there a minimum that has to be sold to earn commissions?

  Absolutely not. As long as I earn commissions, your organization will receive their applicable donations.

• When will we receive our fundraising check?

  I will send out your fundraising check 5 weeks after the last day of the month of which your fundraiser period ends. This is to allow for any possible returns.

• Do we have to collect money?

  NO! It is all online.

• Do you have a loyalty rewards program?

  YES!! Essential Rewards (ER) Program is our rewards program that allows your donors/participants to earn 10% to 25% more in product points every month. The total in product points earned is credited to your account to use in a future \”Quick Order\” purchase.

  ER is another way that your organization can earn additional donations. Earnings start on the enrolling month up to a maximum of 3 months. As long as your donor continues to purchase a minimum of $100 in a qualifying order each month for 3 consecutive months (while enrolled in the ER program), your organization can earn $10 for each of those months. Plus your donor will benefit greatly because they in turn too get $10 credited to their account with Young Living to use on future \”Quick Order\” purchases. Another double WIN!
